Paršovice

Paršovice ( German Parschowitz ) is a municipality in the Czech Republic. It is located six kilometers south Hranicky and belongs to Okres Přerov.

Geography

Paršovice is located on the southwestern edge of the Maleníkwaldes in Podbeskydská pahorkatina ( Vorbeskidenhügelland ). The village is located in the headwaters of the creek Opatovický creek. To the north rise the Křivý (410 m) and the Polomná (404 m), northeast of the Dubová (348 m), in the southeast, the Bozi muka (351 m) and Hranečníky (333 m ) south of the Mezicestí ( 337 m), in southwest of the Pavelák (366 m) and northwest of the Malenik ( 479 m). West of the town lies the valley of the brook Dolnonětčický creek.

Neighboring towns are Rybáře and Valšovice in the north, Zbrašov, Ústí and Nové Sady in the northeast, Opatovice the east, Rouské and Všechovice the southeast, Rakov in the south, Dolni Nětčice, Soběchleby and Radotín the southwest, Na Krasne Vyhlidce, Vidláč and Lhota in the west and Tyn nad Bečvou, Přední family and Zadnà family in the Northwest.

History

Finds from barrows evidence of a settlement of the municipality since the 8th and 9th centuries. The first documentary evidence of the village Parisouicih was in 1141 in a freight directory of the Olomouc Bishop Heinrich Zdik. The parish inventory of 1806 a silver cup with the inscription Matai Kostruch, Mikulass Wawra is listed in 1059, which has been issued but the state bankruptcy of 1811 at the Royal Mint. It is likely that the actual date on the cup must have been either 1559 or 1659. 1371 Jan von Dobrotice Pareschowicze sold to the owner of the domain Helfenstein, Wok III. of Krawarn. In 1447 the village as Paressowicz, 1452 Paryšovice, 1554 as Pavišovice 1609 as Parešovice 1627 as Pareschowitz, 1684 was Parschowitz, 1718 and 1794 as Pahrsowitz Parscowitz was called. During the Thirty Years War, the rule Helfenstein fell to the Ditrichsteins the Leipnik made ​​it the seat of government. The parish registers were performed in Soběchleby since 1718. The oldest town seal dates from 1752; it bears the inscription PARSCHOWITZ and shows a griffin holding a Dietrichsteiner sickle in the mouth. After the abolition of patrimonial Pařovice / Parschowitz formed in 1850 a municipality in the district team Moravian white churches. 1868 Valšovice, which until then had belonged to Opatovice was incorporated. In 1870, the children were trained from Opatovice and Rakov. Since the previous school proved to be too small, was built in the years 1897-1899 compared to the rectory garden a new school house. The old school house was sold for 1,600 guilders to a publican. Today's local name Paršovice is used since 1881. In 1900 the church burned down. Between 1902 and 1908 by the building of the road to Leipnik. Once a school was opened in 1911 in Valšovice, the local children attended only the Paršovicer school. Since 1930, the village is connected to the power supply. In 1930 the congregation bought 30 acres of land by Countess Antoinette Althann for 160,000 crowns. In 1937 began the two-class instruction in Paršovice. The following year, the new cemetery for the villages Paršovice, Rakov and Valšovice was created. In the years 1954 to 1959, the firehouse was built. Valšovice formed in 1955 a separate municipality. After the abolition of Okres Hranice Paršovice 1960 the Okres Přerov slammed. In the former rectory garden was established in 1975, the new headquarters of the Local National Committee ( MNV ) and the local library. Meanwhile, the building will be availed as the seat of the municipal administration as well as for medical offices and a hairdresser. In 1980 Paršovice was the Local National committee, together with Rakov Opatovice. The primary school Paršovice was closed in 1985. Since November 24, 1990 Paršovice is independent again. The municipality operates since 2004 a coat of arms and banners, it was created by heraldist JV Pavlů.
