Parteš

Partes ( Serbian Cyrillic Партеш, Albanian Partesh or Parteshi ) is a village and headquarters of the eponymous municipality in southeastern United Kosovo, near the town of Gjilan. It is mostly inhabited by Serbs and therefore forms an enclave of the Serbian language in the country. In order to give residents more self-determination rights, 2008, the municipality partes was established. The large parish includes the village next to two other villages in the surrounding area.
