Pascal Jolyot

Pascal Jolyot ( born July 26, 1958 in Fontainebleau ) is a former French foil fencer. He won at the Olympics respectively a gold, silver and bronze medals and was three times vice world champion.

Career

Pascal Jolyot participated in the 1980 Summer Olympics. At foil single he won silver, with the foil team even the gold medal. Four years later, at the 1984 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles, he reached the rank 33rd in the individual only but with the team he won the bronze medal.

In addition, Pascal Jolyot was runner-up in singles at the 1979 World Fencing Championships in Melbourne. The same thing he succeeded at the World Fencing Championship in Hamburg in 1978 and at the World Fencing Championships 1982 in Rome with the team.
