Patrick Leclercq

Patrick Leclercq ( born 1938 in Lille, France) was from 5 January 2000 to 1 May 2005, the Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Principality of Monaco. Its predecessor was Michel Lévêque.

Patrick Leclercq was trained at the Ecole nationale d'administration (ENA ). Prior to the takeover of government offices in Monaco, he was French ambassador to Spain.

His successor was Jean -Paul Proust.
