Paul Wühr

Paul Wühr (* July 10, 1927 in Munich) is a German writer. It is attributed to the field of experimental contemporary literature.

Life

Paul Wühr was born the son of a baker. After visiting the Wittelsbach Gymnasium in Munich, he trained as a primary school teacher. From 1949 to 1983 he worked as a teacher at an elementary school in Graefelfing. In 1973 he founded in Munich together with Martin Gregor- Dellin, Jürgen Kolbe, Michael Krüger, Fritz Arnold, Inge Poppe - Wühr, Christoph Buggert, Günter Herburger, Tancred Dorst and Peter Laemmle, the first cooperative Author bookstore.

Since 1986 Wühr lives with his wife in the Italian Passignano sul Trasimeno (Umbria ).

Work
