Paweł Wypych

Paweł Wypych ( born February 20, 1968 in Otwock, † April 10, 2010 in Smolensk, Russia) was a Polish politician, Secretary of State, Vice- Minister of the Polish Institute and Vorstabsvorsitzender of social security ( Zakad Insurance Institution ), and from 2009 Secretary of State in the President 's office.

Life

Wypych finished his studies at the Institute of Social Prevention and resocialization ( Instytut Profilaktyki Społecznej i Resocjalizacji ) and the Faculty of History at the University of Warsaw. He was also a graduate of postgraduate studies in the organizational area of Social Security at the Faculty of Journalism and Political Science at the University of Warsaw and in the field of public administration at the College of business and management ( Wyższa SzkoĹ Przedsiębiorczości i Zarządzania in. Koźmińskiego Leona ). In the years 1987 to 1999 was Wypych scout leader in the Polish scouting organization Związek Harcerstwa Rzeczypospolitej.

From 1990 to 2003, Wypych deputy in the Warsaw District Council. In the years 1996 to 1999 he was an assistant at criminological Law Institute ( Zakad Kryminologii Instytutu Nauk Prawnych ) of the Polish Academy of Sciences, then director of the Warsaw Centre for Family Assistance ( Warszawskie Centrum Pomocy rodzinie ), and as of 2002 Director of the Office for Social Policy capital Warsaw.

As of November 30, 2005 to August 7, 2006 Wypych was State Secretary in the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy ( Ministerstwo Pracy i Polityki Społecznej ), there was official representative, responsible for disability matters. As of February 7, 2007 he was up to June 1, 2007 Deputy Minister in the Prime Minister's Office ( Kancelaria Prezesa Rady Ministrów ), then he was from November 26, 2007 President of the Polish Institute of Social Community ( Zakad Insurance Institution ) on the recommendation of the national conservative law and Justice party ( Prawo i Sprawiedliwość; PiS). On 11 December 2007 was Wypych Advisor to the President Lech Kaczyński, who is responsible for labor and social policy, and on 30 April 2009 Secretary of State in the President of the Republic, responsible for social affairs.

On April 10, 2010 Wypych belonged to a Polish delegation headed by President Lech Kaczyński, who was to travel on the occasion of the seventieth anniversary of the Katyn massacre to the memorial to Russia. However, in a plane crash of the delegation near the military airfield Smolensk - North he came together with other high-ranking representatives of Poland died.

Paweł Wypych was married and had two children. Posthumously, he was on 16 April 2010 the Commander's Cross of the Order of Polonia Restituta ( Krzyż Komandorski Orderu Odrodzenia Polski ) awarded.
