Pelagonia Statistical Region

The Pelagonia ( Macedonian Pelagoniski region Пелагониски регион ) region is one of the eight statistical regions in the Republic of Macedonia; the highest administrative level. The management unit is further divided into nine Opštini, which represent the last administrative level. The region lies in the southwest of the country and borders with Albania and Greece. Neighboring regions in the west that of the south-west and in the east that of Vardar.
