History

The Epfenhausen station was opened in 1873 as a through station on the railway line from Munich to Buchloe by the Royal Bavarian State Railways. The station had two platform tracks for passengers. In 1936, he was the opening of the railway siding of Epfenhausen the airbase Penzing a separation station. After Penzing today operate four bus routes to Geltendorf, Buy Ring, Mering and Landsberg. Bus lines 10, 60 and 61 run directly to Landsberg. Bus number 61 runs further to Geltendorf, line 60 on to Egling. The station is integrated into Landsberger Transport Community (LVG ).

Aerodrome Penzing
