Perth and Kinross (Gaelic agus Ceann Rois Peairt ) is one of 32 Council Areas in Scotland. It borders Aberdeenshire, Angus, Argyll and Bute, Clackmannanshire, Dundee, Fife, Highland and Stirling. The area of this county corresponds to a large extent, but not exactly, the traditional counties of Perthshire and Kinross -shire.
