Pfizer Award
The Pfizer Award of the History of Science Society is funded by the Pfizer science prize in the field of history of science.
The award was instituted in 1958 and first awarded in 1959. He recognizes outstanding books from the history of science that have appeared in the three years prior to the award ceremony in English. Since the Society for the History of Technology and the American Association for the History of Medicine own prices awarded works will be considered only in exceptional cases the history of technology and medical history.
