Phantasy Star (video game)

Phantasy Star (Japaneseファンタ シー スター) on the Sega Master System was one of the first role-playing games, which was also published in Western countries ( eg in the USA and many European countries ) for a game console.

Sega went so towards the end of the 1980s to compete with Square (Final Fantasy). Phantasy Star 1 offered superior graphics for its time.

Phantasy Star II to IV appeared on the Master System Sega Mega Drive successor, an at times very successful " MMORPG" offshoot called Phantasy Star Online was released in 2001 for the game console Dreamcast. Phantasy Star Universe: In 2006, another online title of the Phantasy Star series appeared.

Plot and togetherness
