Philipp Bönig ( born March 20, 1980 in Erding ) is a German football player who is under contract with the Hungarian first division Ferencvárosi TC since 2012.

Philipp Bönig began with six years at Eintracht Freising playing football, where he was coached by his father.

He comes from a sports-loving family, his brother Sebastian was professional and younger brother Vincent plays the WAF Brigittenau in Austria.
