Pic de Nore transmitter
The radio station Pic de Nore is a transmitter for FM radio and television on the top of the mountain of the same name in the municipality Pradelles- Cabardès in the Aude department in southern France. It uses a 102 -meter-high concrete tower as an antenna carrier. This tower was built to replace a transmission tower of reinforced concrete, the tip of which was demolished on December 2, 1976 a storm. The stump of the old tower, which stood out from the broadcast building in contrast to the new tower, which still exists today and is used for mobile purposes.
