Pinzgau Ridgeway

The Pinzgauer walk, also called Pinzgauer mountain path, is an approximately 25 kilometer long trail via the Pinzgauer Grass Mountains in the Southern Alps Kitzbühel im Pinzgau ( Salzburg, Austria ).

Location and History

The Pinzgauer walk runs parallel to the Salzach Valley on a 2,000 m high mountain ridge that separates this high-altitude Central Valley to the north by Glemmtal. The entire route is located in the region of Pinzgau.

Characteristics
