Geography

Pionerski is located on the Baltic Sea on the Sambia Peninsula, between the seaside resorts Selenogradsk ( Cranz ) and Swetlogorsk (noise) about 35 kilometers north of the Oblasthauptstadt Kaliningrad (Königsberg ).

History
