Plavecký Štvrtok
Plavecký Štvrtok ( German bickering village or bladder stone bickering village, Hungarian Detrekőcsütörtök ) is a municipality in western Slovakia.
The municipality is located in Záhorská nížina ( a part of the Vienna Basin ), which belongs to the region Zahorie. West of the village is situated the nature reserve Zahorie, the city Malacky is 9 km away.
The municipal area is one next to the main village and the local situation field.
The village was mentioned in documents in 1206 as Cheturtuchyel. In the village there is a church from the 14th century.
