Porin (music award)
The Porin is a Croatian music award and is awarded annually since 1993. The editors of the Association of Croatian composers who Hrvatska Radiotelevizija, the Croatian Music Union and the Croatian Diskografieverband. The porin was the most important Croatian music award.
The founders of the award are the disco Count Veljko Despot, the composer and the composer Zrinko Tutic Drazen Vrdoljak.
The porin is awarded in 43 categories. Of these share 38 categories on local music and five foreign music.
