Port Huron Clippers
The Port Huron Clippers were an American ice hockey franchise of the All- American Hockey League from Port Huron, Michigan.
History
The Port Huron Clippers took to the 1987/88 season as an expansion team of the match operation in the All-American Hockey League. In her only season the team finished in seventh place and was able to win only nine of their 38 games. With less than a win in four games, the audience were too low to operate profitably can, so that the team management decided to already set the game mode after the premiere season again.
The gap left by the Clippers in the city, was finally filled in 1996 by the Port Huron Border Cats of the United Hockey League.
