Province of Pesaro and Urbino

The Province of Pesaro and Urbino ( Italien. Provincia di Pesaro e Urbino) is an Italian province of the Marche region. Capital is Pesaro. It has 363 529 inhabitants (August 2008) in 60 municipalities covering an area of ​​2564 km ².

The province is bordered on the north by the region of Emilia -Romagna ( province of Rimini, Province of Forlì- Cesena) and the Republic of San Marino, on the east by the Adriatic Sea, in the southeast of the province of Ancona, in the south of Umbria ( Perugia ) and in west of Tuscany ( Arezzo ).
