Qareen

Qarin (Arabic قرين, DMG qarīn, also Qareen ) are, according to Islamic tradition, djinns, by Allah (God ) was created to accompany the people. Qarin literally means " constant companion ". The companion can be either good or evil nature.

The Qur'an describes the Qarin as:

" And for the one who turns away from the remembrance of the Most Gracious, We appoint a Satan who will be his companion. And verily, they would turn away from the path, but they think that they are rightly guided. "

A Qarin is a dschinntypisches beings but to a Shaitan when the man whom he accompanied, strays from the right path. The character of the Qarin corresponds to that of accompanying people.
