The Randolph Air Force Base (in short: Randolph AFB ) is an airbase of the United States Air Force located in Bexar County, Texas, approximately 27 kilometers northeast of San Antonio. The base was made as a flight training base in service on 20 June 1930 and is still used today for this purpose. It serves as the headquarters of the Air Education and Training Command, the Training and Training Command of the U.S. Air Force.
