Ratchanok Intanon ( Thai: รัช นก อิน ท นนท์; born February 5, 1995, Yasothon, Thailand) is a Thai badminton player.

Sporting career

Ratchanok Intanon won in August 2013 at age 18 as the youngest player to date for the world title. She defeated in the final, Olympic champion Li Xuerui ( China), 22:20, 18:21, 21:14. At the age of 14, she won first time in 2009 at the Thai Championships in women's singles adults, in which Thailand is a traditional stronghold in badminton. In the Southeast Asia Games 2009 she won the silver medal behind her teammate Salakjit Ponsana in singles. The Ciputra Hanoi Vietnam International Challenge, she designed victorious.
