Ratsada District
Amphoe Ratsada ( Thai: อำเภอ รั ษ ฎา ) is a district ( Amphoe - administrative district ) in the northeastern province of Trang. Trang Province is located in the southern region of Thailand.
Geography
Adjacent counties and regions are ( from south clockwise): Amphoe Huai Yot in the province of Trang and the Amphoe Bang Khan and Thung Song of Nakhon Si Thammarat.
History
Ratsada was on 1 April 1991 initially as a small district ( King Amphoe ) was established by five Tambon Huai Yot from Amphoe were separated. On 5 December 1996 Ratsada got the full Amphoe status.
Management
Amphoe Ratsada is divided into five subdistricts ( tambon), which continued in 50 village communities ( Muban ) are divided.
Khlong Pang is the name of a small town ( thesaban tambon) in the district, it consists of parts of the tambon Khlong Pang.
There are also five " Tambon Administrative Organizations" (TAO, องค์การ บริหาร ส่วน ตำบล - administrative organizations) in the district.
