Rawson Marshall Thurber

Rawson Marshall Thurber ( born February 9, 1975 in San Francisco ) is an American film director and screenwriter.

Life

Rawson Marshall Thurber studied at Union College in New York, where he graduated in English and theater studies with a Bachelor of Arts in 1997. After his studies he turned his short film Terry Tate, Office Linebacker, which was released as a commercial for Reebok and received several awards. 2004, his first feature film full appeared on the nuts, a critically predominantly positively evaluated comedy. This was followed by a disastrous summer in 2008, in which Thurber worked as a scriptwriter and producer. His third feature film We're the Millers was released in August 2013.

Thurber was an assistant of the famous screenwriter John August.
