Raymond James Stadium

The Raymond James Stadium is in the city of Tampa, Florida. It is since 20 September 1998, the home of the American football team Tampa Bay Buccaneers, who plays in the National Football League.

History

The construction of the stadium began in October 1996 and cost the club 168.5 million U.S. dollars. The total capacity is 65 657 spectators. Among them there are 12,000 club seats and 195 luxury seats. With the Raymond James Stadium, the Tampa Stadium was replaced. Due to the modern architecture and facilities, it is referred to as one of the crown jewels of American football stadiums.

Events

After 2001, took place on 1 February 2009 for the second time the Super Bowl the NFL held at the Raymond James Stadium.
