Razgrad Province
The Oblast Razgrad ( Bulgarian Област Разград, Turkish Razgrad ili ) is an administrative district in northeastern Bulgaria.
Administrative divisions
The Oblast Razgrad is divided into seven municipalities ( община ), which in turn consist of six towns and 96 villages.
Population
In the Razgrad Oblast lived 152 417 inhabitants at the 2001 census. Of these, 47.2% declared as Turks, Bulgarians and 44.0% than 5.7% as Roma. The Oblast Razgrad is one of the more Islamic regions of Bulgaria; religious denomination, according to 53.7 % are Muslim and 43.2% Christian.
