Reggina Calcio

Reggina Calcio is an Italian football club based in Reggio Calabria. It was founded in 1914 as Unione Sportiva Reggio Calabria, later the name was changed but still a few times until it assumed the present name Reggina Calcio. The home games are played in the 27,763 -seater Stadio Oreste Granillo.

In recent years, Reggina played in the Italian Serie A and Serie B. Reggina in 2006 was involved in the football scandal involving Luciano Moggi and was punished with eleven points deduction.
