Renato Longo

Renato Longo ( born August 9, 1937 in Vittorio Veneto) is a former Italian cyclist, who specialized in cross-country races ( Cyclocross ) and dominated competitions in this discipline in the 1960s.

In 1958, Renato Longo Italian masters of amateur stayer and Vice - champion in cyclo-cross races. In the following years he focused successfully on the cross-country sport. Between 1959 and 1972, Longo was five times World Champion and twice runner-up world champion as well as twelve times Italian champion in this discipline.
