Robert Rooba

Robert Rooba ( born September 2, 1993, Tallinn, Estonia) is an Estonian ice hockey player who stands since 2008 at the Espoo Blues in the Finnish SM- liiga under contract.

Career

Club

Robert Rooba began his career as a hockey player in his home at the Estonian Tallinn HC Panter. At the age of 15, he moved to Finland in 2008 to the Espoo Blues, where he came first in the youth teams to use. In the season 2011/12 he made his debut in the first team the Blues in the SM- liiga to the squad he now belongs.

Internationally

For Estonia Rooba took at junior level at the Division II of the U18 World Junior Championships in 2009 and 2010, the Division I of the U20 World Youth Championship in 2009, when the Estonian team had five, part two digit descend, defeats, and the Division II of the U20 world Junior Championships in 2010, 2011, 2012 and U20 Junior World Championship in 2013 in part. He was both in 2012 and 2013 respectively top scorer of the IIB Division and reached the Estonian team in 2013 and the rise in the A group of the Second Division

Even as a 16 -year-old was Rooba his debut for the Men's National Team at the 2010 World Cup Division II, succeeded as the Baltic, the rise in the Division I. After he had a year later to accept its chances of promotion with his team, he was involved in 2012 with three goals and five assists in the re- promotion to the Division IB. The renewed decline of the Estonians who have developed into a lift club between divisions I and II, but then he could not prevent the 2013 Tournament of IB Division in Donetsk.
