Rock Allen

Skirt Allen ( born September 5, 1981 in Philadelphia ) is an American boxer.

Amateur career

It was 1999 U.S. junior champion at lightweight, 2000 U.S. champion at lightweight, 2001 and 2002 U.S. champion in the light welterweight division, and in 2003 U.S. Vice- champion in the light welterweight division.
