Rock Allen

Skirt Allen ( born September 5, 1981 in Philadelphia ) is an American boxer.

Amateur career

It was 1999 U.S. junior champion at lightweight, 2000 U.S. champion at lightweight, 2001 and 2002 U.S. champion in the light welterweight division, and in 2003 U.S. Vice- champion in the light welterweight division. He is also a winner of the U.S. Junior Olympics in 1998 and the Junior Olympic International Tournament in 1998 in Mexico, where he was named by a walkover exit of Baqtijar Artajew the winner in the final.
