The Rockvale Township is one of 24 townships in Ogle County in the north of the U.S. state of Illinois.

Geography

The Rockvale Township is located in northern Illinois on both sides of the Rock River about 150 km west of Chicago. The border with Wisconsin is located approximately 55 km to the north; the Mississippi River, which forms the border with Iowa, is located about 85 km west.

The Rockvale Township is located at 42 ° 04'16 " north latitude and 89 ° 20'15 " west longitude and extending over 93 km ², spread to 93 km ² of land and 3 km ² water surface.
