Roman Catholic Diocese of Ipiales

The diocese Ipiales (Latin: Dioecesis Ipialensis, Spanish: diócesis de Ipiales ) is a location in Columbia Roman Catholic diocese based in Ipiales.

History

The diocese Ipiales was on September 23, 1964 by Pope Paul VI. built with the Papal Bull Munus nostrum of cessions of territory of the Diocese of Pasto. It was the archbishopric subject to Popayán suffragan.
