Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Nueva Pamplona

The Archdiocese of Nueva Pamplona (Latin: Archidioecesis Neo - Pampilonensis, Spanish: Archidiócesis de Nueva Pamplona ) is a location in Columbia Roman Catholic diocese based in Pamplona.

History

On September 25, 1835 Diocese of Nueva Pamplona was by Pope Gregory XVI. founded from the former Archdiocese of Santafe de Nueva Granada out; first bishop, José Jorge Torres Estans. On 29 May 1956 it by Pope Pius XII. the appointment to the archbishopric.
