The diocese of Karonga (Latin: Dioecesis Karonganus ) is a location in Malawi Roman Catholic diocese based in Karonga.

History

The diocese of Karonga was 21 July 2010 by Pope Benedict XVI. built with the Apostolic Constitution Quo in Malavio of cessions of territory of the diocese of Mzuzu and the Archdiocese of Blantyre is a suffragan. First bishop was Martin Anwel Mtumbuka.

On February 9, 2011, the Diocese of Karonga was the Archdiocese of Lilongwe is a suffragan.
