Sadkowo, West Pomeranian Voivodeship

Sadkowo ( German name Zadtkow ) is a village in the Polish West Pomeranian Voivodeship. It belongs to the Gmina Tychowo ( Tychowo ) in a circle Białogard ( Belgard ).

Geographical Location

Sadkowo is located six kilometers south-west of Tychowo on the province road No. 167 Koszalin ( Koszalin ) Tychowo - Ogartowo ( Jagertow ) ( Połczyn - Zdrój (Bad Polzin ) ). The nearest railway station is on the railway line Tychowo Szczecinek - Kolobrzeg.

History

In 1628 Zadtkow is documented as a possession of the von Kleist, who was later split among two family members. 1841 Karl Ludwig August Francis of the East Plathe (now Polish: Płoty ) the sole owner.

The municipality of the outworks were Augustenhof ( Liśnica ) and Carolinenhof. 1866 31 houses, a factory and 26 outbuildings were in Gutsbezirk 16 homes and 26 outbuildings, in the peasant community counted.

In 1939 lived in the community comprehensive 1425.1 acres 646 inhabitants in 158 households. The vast majority of the population worked in agriculture.

The rural community Zadtkow there since 1928 through the merger of Guts and district. Last German mayor before 1945 was Walter Priebe. The competent registry office was in Muttrin ( Motarzyn ), the district court Belgard. The nearest police station was in women (Stare Dębno ).

Beginning in March 1945, Russian troops invaded into the village. The place was Polish as a result of the war. Until 1948, the last German inhabitants were expelled. Today Zadtkow than Sadkowo part of Gmina Tychowo in powiat Białogardzki.

District Zadtkow

Zadtkow formed until 1945 a separate administrative district in the county Belgard ( Persante ), the municipality of Women ( Stare Dębno ), chub ( Doble ), Kieckow ( Kikowo ) Muttrin ( Motarzyn ) and Zadtkow included. Last German official overseer was Friedrich Wilhelm Fink.

Church

Zadtkow was the parish until 1945 in the parish Muttrin ( Motarzyn ) and belonged to the Church Belgard county in Pomerania church of the Evangelical Church of the Old Prussian Union.

Today Sadkowo belongs to the parish of Koszalin ( Koszalin ) of the Diocese of Pomerania - Greater Poland in the Evangelical-Augsburg Church in Poland.
