Salih Hulusi Pasha

Salih Hulusi ( Pasha ) Kezrak (* 1864 in Constantine Opel, † 1939 ) was an Ottoman statesman who was grand vizier for 28 days under Sultan Mehmet Vahdettin and the occupation of Constantinople between 8 March and 5 April 1920.

He was born in 1864 in Constantinople Opel. He joined the military school with the rank of staff captain. In 1919 he was Secretary of the Navy in the governments of Damat Ferid Pasha and Ali Riza Pasha. On March 8, he was even asked to form a government. Shortly after the occupation of Constantinople Opel He resigned on April 2, 1920. In the subsequent government of Ahmed Tevfik Pasha, he was Secretary of the Navy again. While this office he took on Bilecik Congress with the rebel government of Ankara on December 5, 1920 in part. He was deported with other members of the Constantinople Government of Bilecik to Ankara. He was sent back to the written assurance that he would accept no office on March 7, 1921 by Konstantin Opel. Nevertheless, he accepted a post in the Constantinople government. Because of the abolition of the Sultanate in November 1922, he retired from politics. He died in 1939 in Istanbul.

Salih Hulusi was 1914/15 Chairman of the football club Fenerbahçe.
