The São Simão - Dam is a large dam in Brazil, which consists of a dam and a hydroelectric plant. The Brazilian name is Usina Hidrelétrica de São Simão.

The reservoir is located on the Rio Paranaíba below the Itumbiara Reservoir. The border of the states of Goiás and Minas Gerais runs longitudinally through the reservoir, flows into the well of the Rio Verde ou Verdão. The memory space of the dam is 12,700 million cubic meters, of which 5,540 million cubic meters are available. Nearby are the towns of São Simão and Paranaiguara.

The shut-off is a combination of earth and rockfill dam and a gravity dam. It was shown several years ago on an Italian postage stamp.

The operation of the hydropower plant was added in 1978. Installs are six turbines and generators with a total of 1710 megawatts.
