Satisfaction (Girls of Summer ) is an American feature film from the year 1988. Action

The girls Jennie Lee ( Justine Bateman ), May Stark ( Trini Alvarado ), Billy Swan ( Britta Phillips), and Daryle Shane (Julia Roberts ) form a music group. After graduating from high school they go in the stolen van on tour. In order to ride, Jennie makes persuasion with her family, the eloquent Daryle rejects a marriage proposal of Frankie Malloy ( Chris Nash ). The group is the only boy, Nickie Longo (Scott Coffey ), extended.

The band performs in a club that belongs to the Rockstar Martin Falcon (Liam Neeson ). He falls in love with Jennie and offers her appearances together - under the condition that she is leaving the band. Meanwhile, Frankie shows up and reconciled with Daryle. Now Daryle wants to leave the band, but falls as the other girls in a fight with the owners of the minibus. After that she gets along with her girlfriends.

Reviews and worth mentioning

The film has received more restrained reviews. For example, Hans Messiah " movie service " 10/1989 wondered sarcastically that in the movie a lot could happen without anything would be much of it.

In "Satisfaction" the then unknown Julia Roberts played her first major role. During filming, she fell in love with Liam Neeson, with whom she had a relationship.
