Sayaun Thunga Phool Ka

Sayaun Thunga Phulka ( Nepali: सयौं थूंगा फूलका, Sayau thűgā phulka; " hundreds of flowers " ) is the national anthem of Nepal. It was composed before 2006 by Byakul Maila and proclaimed the national anthem of the House of Representatives on 3 August 2007.

Former National Anthem

The music was composed in 1899 by Bakhat Bahadur Budhapirthi, the text in 1924 by Chakra Pani Chalise written. Rashtriya Gan was established in 1962 as the national anthem. On 19 May 2006, the Nepalese Parliament to change the anthem decided since they constitute the praises of the monarch. The anthem was temporarily an amended text.
