Seiun Award
The Seiun Price (Japanese星云 赏, Seiun shō ) is a Japanese literary award, the outstanding national science fiction works distinguished. It is awarded annually since 1970 by the participants of the Nihon SF Taikai, the greatest science fiction convention in Japan.
The award is the Japanese counterpart to the U.S. Hugo Award, which is awarded at the Worldcon. An English translation of his name would be Nebula Award, which in turn is another American science-fiction literature prize.
