Sergiu Homei

Sergiu Homei Victor ( born July 6, 1987 in Năsăud, district Bistrita-Nasaud ) is a Romanian football player. The full-back is since the summer of 2013 at ASA Targu Mures under contract.

Career

Homei began his career in 2005 at Liberty Salonta. In 2006 he moved to FC Sopron in Hungary, where he was tenth with the club in the highest Hungarian league. Beginning of the 2006/07 season he signed for Dinamo Bucharest. In his first season he came only to a use in the game against FC Arges Pitesti on 15 April 2007, could still be at the end of the season champion. The following year, the winger was awarded to Politehnica Iaşi, which came eleventh in the final standings of the championship. After the end of the loan, he played in 2008 /09 for Dinamo. With ten missions he had time to post some games, Dinamo was able to reach the third place. Furthermore Homei gave his debut at European club level. In the game of the first round of the UEFA Cup, he played through the game against the Dutch side NEC Nijmegen. The game ended 0-1 in Nijmegen.

In the 2009/10 season he was loaned from Dinamo to Gloria Bistrita. In the summer of 2010 he returned to Dinamo Bucharest. For the second half of 2010/11 he was loaned out to league rivals Unirea Urziceni, with whom he had to join the in the Liga II at the end of the season. He arrived at Unirea only three inserts. In the first round of 2011/12 he was not included in Dinamo, so he was loaned during the second round of the league rivals FCM Târgu Mureş. There, too, he rarely came into play. He returned in the summer of 2012 back to Bucharest, but was not used there in the 2012/13 season.

In the summer of 2013 Homei joined ASA Târgu Mureş in the League II

National

International Homei so far only played for the U -21 and U -23 Romania.
