Sleeping with Ghosts is the fourth album of the band Placebo, released on 1 April 2003.
The album
The main theme of the album the band called interpersonal relationships, such as love and friendship.
Use placebo in the album compared to its predecessors, increasingly, electronic effects. Therefore, it is partly assigned to the synth pop. However, it is always the typical placebo elements such as the melancholy mood and the extraordinary voice of Brian Molkos remain. Thus, Sleeping with Ghosts lined ultimately fit into the band style.

Sleeping With Ghosts also appeared in a special edition. Here are located on a second CD gecoverte ten placebo songs by other artists.
Particular had success doing the cover of " Where Is My Mind? " And " Running Up That Hill ", both of which were added in the following tour programs. Also located on the Special Edition with " Protège -Moi " French-language version of " Protect Me From What I Want ". To underline placebo their close relationship with France.
