Description

Inflorescences and flowers

Use

The ripe fruit of the Ethiopian eggplant be eaten raw or cooked, they are considered as a remedy for colic and flatulence. The leaves are used as food, before eating, they are usually cooked. Studies have shown that the leaves have a slight anticonvulsant effect.
