The Solin is a river in France, which runs in the Centre region in the Loiret. It rises near the hamlet of La Brenaudière in the municipality of Le Moulinet -sur- Solin, dehydrated general direction of north to northeast through the countryside of Gâtinais Orléanais and ends after 33 kilometers in the municipality of Châlette -sur -Loing as a left tributary of the Loing. Just before its mouth of Solin crosses under the Ship Canal Canal de Briare, which accompanies the Loing here as a side channel.
