Sorel Éperviers

The Eperviers de Sorel (English: Sorel Blackhawks ) was a Canadian ice hockey team from Sorel - Tracy and Verdun, Quebec. The team played from 1969 to 1981 under different names in one of the three highest Canadian Junior Hockey League, the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League ( QMJHL ).

History

The Eperviers de Sorel was founded in 1969 as a franchise of the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League. The greatest success of the team was winning the East Division in the 1973/74 season, as well as the Lebel Division in season 1978 / 79th In addition, the team from Quebec put on an offensive record of the Canadian Hockey League with 620 goals scored in a player's time in the season.
