Spruce Iceland is an island of the Kodiak Archipelago in Alaska in the United States. It is located northeast of Kodiak Iceland, separated only by the narrow Strait of this. The island is 46.07 km ² and is home to 242 people ( as of 2000), almost all exclusively live in the only town Ouzinkie.

Between 1808 and 1818 Spruce Iceland was the home of the hermit Herman of Alaska, a saint of the Russian Orthodox Church and patron saint of the Russian Orthodox Church in America. A shrine consecrated to him and pilgrimage site is located on the island.
