Sue Myrick

Sue Wilkins Myrick ( born August 1, 1941 in Tiffin, Ohio) is an American politician. Between 1995 and 2013, she represented the state of North Carolina in the U.S. House of Representatives.

Myrick attended from 1959 to 1960, the Heidelberg College in Tiffin. 1983 to 1985 she served on the city council (city council) of Charlotte, North Carolina from 1987 to 1991 and was Mayor of the city. In 1992, she ran unsuccessfully for a seat in the U.S. Senate.
