Super8 & Tab

Super8 & Tab is a Finnish trance duo from Helsinki consisting of Miika Eloranta ( Super8 ) and Janne Mansnerus (DJ Tab).

History

By 2005, Miika and Janne both pursued a solo career. The duo met through friends know and soon formed a successful partnership. Their first single First Aid, they released the trance label Anjunabeats. Soon followed Helsinki Scorchin ', which was chosen by DJ Mag in the Top 20 Tunes of 2006. To date, a total of 13 singles the duo have appeared on Anjunabeats.

In 2006, she published together with Mark Pledger Anjunabeats Worldwide Vol.1 the compilation, which was chosen by Mixmag to control compilation of the Month. She was nominated at the International Dance Music Awards ( IDMA ) for Best Album of 2007. In 2009, Super8 & Tab in the selection of the Top 100 DJs of DJ Mag ranked 82nd The IDMA 2010, they were nominated in the Best Break -Through DJ category.

As DJs, the two were already booked worldwide. In addition to regular appearances in England ( Ministry of Sound, Godskitchen ) they were twice the Future Music Festival in Australia. They have also been booked several times in the United States and in Brazil and South Korea. Armin van Buuren and Above & Beyond have already invited several times to the duo as a guest DJ for anniversary parties, their radio broadcasts A State of Trance and Trance Around the World. So Super8 & Tab at TATW -300 Party in Moscow as well as in the ASOT 450 party in Wroclaw hang up. In April 2010, they were also in the line-up for Trance Energy in Utrecht, the world's largest pure trance event.

In rotation with James Grant, Mark Pledger and a guest DJ Super8 & Tab run once a month the radio show Anjunabeats Worldwide on the Internet radio station Digitally Imported.

On September 13, 2010 appeared Empire, the first solo album from Super8 & Tab
