Tanju Kayhan

Tanju Kayhan ( born July 22, 1989 in Vienna) is an Austrian football player.

Club career

Kayhan, the son of Turkish immigrants from the province of Yozgat, began his career in the youth from Rapid Vienna. From 1999 on, he played in all youth teams Rapids, before he joined the amateurs 2007. But his debut for the amateurs he was only in 2008 in the Regional League East against the SV Wienerbergstraße.

The debut in the Bundesliga celebrated Kayhan November 15, 2008 against LASK Linz when he came on in the 77th minute for Markus Katzer. The game ended 5-0 for the Green-Whites. In the spring of Kayhan fell out due to injury.

During the winter break of 2009/10 Kayhan moved on loan to league rivals FC Magna Wiener Neustadt, however, he came to the 2010/11 season back to Rapid, where he became a regular player.

27 May 2011 Beşiktaş Istanbul announced the commitment of Tanju Kayhan. His transfer fee was € 1,050,000. In his first season in Istanbul, he came to ten inserts in the Süper Lig and two appearances in the Europa League - both against last year's finalist Sporting Braga. After he did not play in the first round of the following season, was on 4 December 2011 that Kayhan completed a trial with FC Augsburg. In addition to the FC Augsburg Kayhan has also completed a trial with 1 FC Kaiserslautern.

Beginning of 2013, signed Tanju Kayhan a loan agreement in Mersin Idmanyurdu. With the end of the season he returned to Beşiktaş here and took part in the vorsaisonlichen training camp.

In the last days of the summer transfer window Kayhan was loaned out to league rivals Eskişehirspor. After Kayhan was used in this club only three competitive games and has recently even deported to the reserve team, he broke his contract after mutual agreement and returned to Beşiktaş. For the second round, he was then loaned to the first division Sanica Boru Elazığspor.

Kayhan has three brothers who are also active in football. Coşkun and Ercan played at the Vienna sports club and Orhan at SU Bischofstetten in Lower Austria's first class West - center.
