Tanju Öztürk ( born July 26, 1989 in Cologne ) is a Turkish-born German footballer who plays for the German third division club MSV Duisburg.

Career

After various Westphalian youth clubs located Öztürk closed in 2006 at the U-19 team of MSV Duisburg. Here he played for two years until he aufrückte in the second team and immediately became a regular player. His first Bundesliga game for the MSV denied Öztürk on March 18, 2012 ( 26th Round ), when he appeared as a substitute in a 2-1 home win against VfL Bochum in the 88th minute for Maurice Exslager. Overall, he was still on season eight appearances in the second division. For the season 2012/13 he moved firmly into the Duisburg Senior Squad.
